- Parcel management and storage fees. Charged are based on a per floor area occupied, per 15 square feet (equivalent to a standard pallet).
- Package receiving and shipping rates do not include forklift handling charges. Other terms and conditions associated with handling also apply.
Receiving and shipping (before the event)
- The client is responsible for the transportation costs and for planning the shipment with the carrier. No C.O.D. or customs charges will be paid by ExpoCité on behalf of the customer.
- Delivery hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST.
- The customer must correctly identify their shipment according to the standards indicated in the Exhibitor Manual (section 3.4 Delivery). Shipments that are not properly identified may be refused and returned to the sender.
- Shipments may be sent up to 7 days prior to the start of the event.
Receiving and shipping (after the event)
- The customer is responsible for transportation costs and scheduling pickup with their carrier.
- Pick-up hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm EST.
- Packages must be picked up by the carrier within 7 days of the end of the event.
